All products purchased from this website are shipped from Birmingham, United Kingdom, for domestic standard orders. We retain the right to choose the carrier (for example Royal Mail, Evri, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or another).

At this time, we only ship to mainland Great Britain (sorry, PO Box addresses are excluded). If you require delivery to a location other than the mainland GB, please contact us prior to placing an order. We will confirm if delivery is possible and any delivery charges that are applicable.

Northern Ireland deliveries are sometimes possible without any surcharges but are subject to postcode confirmation checks with our carriers.

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding public holidays). We aim to have all orders delivered within 2 working days from dispatch notice. 

Next Workday Delivery

Orders placed by 3pm (UK local time) are dispatched the same day and are delivered the next working day. Available on orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Note that orders placed on weekends and bank holidays are excluded and will be dispatched the following workday.

Shipping Fees

• For all standard mainland GB shipping, there is no fee.

• Shipping fees for next day delivery will be fixed at £6.99.
